The end of a semester.
I have got to be the most insecure person. No matter, I think I'm learning to really believe in myself and just do what I love for myself and those close to me.

My very first Viz Dev work..
These are no where near as good as I would like them, but it's a start. :) I'm actually seriously considering going into Visual Development. I really enjoy it!
And yes, the artwork looks incredibly inconsistent still, but soon I'll find my voice, my style. Just gotta cruise through it! :)

Heads and Photographies
I love drawing people. I am especially drawn to portraits. Why? Because there is just so much information about a person in their face: their history, their life, their ups and downs, personality, etc.
This man was found at a WonderCon lecture with a little black journal. Maybe he is an artist as well? :)
This portrait was actually done from memory at Ryland park. I had no reference or model, but the colors in the park were beautiful and I had used that as inspiration and reference for my color.
After the above portrait, a friend and I decided to gallivant like children on the playground.
Brilliant!
Also, an accidental photograph that I fancy, taken with my phone:

Romance
To me, romance is familiarity.
Today Otman took me out to one of our favourite restaurants, bought me a stuffed moose and had a flower shop custom make a flower to go on my ear right before going to see Rio, which was a fabulous film.
Then, we got home, he put away the clean dry dishes and clothes.
In other news, In a few months, I can finally get internships! I absolutely cannot wait! Nickelodeon is definitely one of my dream internships. :)

Iceland
I can't wait until I'm old and ready to retire. I know just the place! Iceland, of course! Smoked salmon and shark, fields and fields of soon-to-be-mutton and raindeer! The ends of the earth at my front porch.
I'm sure it's not as poetic as it sounds in the brochures. But old windmills and strange bunkers off the coast... somehow is exciting. :)
That's where I want to go, at least once in my life!
